Neil Rader

Neil Rader joined Pitney Bowes in mid-2007 as the Global Financial Officer for Document Messaging Technologies, and was named Group Financial Officer for Mailing Solutions Management in March of 2008. In October 2010, Neil was appointed to the newly formed position of Vice President and General Manager, SMB. Neil Rader is accountable for expanding Pitney's base of small business customers, with a particular emphasis on digital customer communications management offerings. Neil also oversees the Direct Procurement function for Pitney Bowes. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Neil was Vice President of Finance, Global Business Services for IBM and served on IBM's financial steering committee. During Neil's 24-year career at IBM, he held a number of finance and operations positions, including CFO roles for Global Sectors, the Retail Store Solutions Division, and the Thin-Client Division. He also spent three years on assignment in Tokyo, Japan. Neil is an officer and founder of TrophyCentral.com, a leading Internet provider of recognition awards and personalized gifts. Neil serves on the board of A-HOME, a not-for-profit organization focused on providing affordable housing for low-income earners, single parents and the elderly. Neil is also an advisory board member of the promotional products company, Zazzle. Neil holds an MBA in International Finance from St. John's University and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany.
